Guided by a talented chef, a local expert with experience in top restaurants, you'll learn the secrets behind crafting authentic Tuscan dishes.


Begin by preparing crostini topped with fresh tomatoes and savory chicken liver, a classic appetizer. Then, dive into making fresh pasta dough, which you’ll shape into ravioli and farfalle. For the ravioli, create a rich Gorgonzola and walnut sauce, while the farfalle is paired with a delicious sausage and pea sauce.


To complement the meal, enjoy a vibrant vegetable side, caponatina di verdure, and finish with a sweet, creamy tiramisù for dessert. This immersive experience offers a true taste of Florence’s culinary heritage.
