Greek Food pairing with traditional music in Pagrati Athens

The idea is to take you on a journey through different parts of Greece while we match the music played by our band with flavours representing each region. Some of the most talented musicians of the capital's traditional music bands joined forces with Ramon's Chef, Panagiotis Vasilatos—famous for his ability to match all time classics with today's trends. The result is this first ever Greek music & food n' spirits pairing experience. There will be eating, drinking, singing and maybe dancing if anyone feels like it under the sounds of drums, lutes, violins and flutes. Appetizers, salad, main course and dessert along with spirits and liquors will open a window to the Ionian islands, the Peloponnese, Crete, the Cyclades, Thrace and Epirus ending up in the Aegean North and Asia Minor. Don' t get confused though. This is not a show. It is an invitation to join our table. The experience cannot be delivered. We need to create it together. Forget about history classes, performances and costumes. It is never about a particular melody or a specific dish but rather about how everything interconnects.
