Every wine region's best examples are found at boutique producers. The problem is, they are hard to find. On this wine tour, you will uncover Margaret Rivers best boutique wineries and experience extraordinary wine.


Alongside gourmet food and premium wine tastings, the tour features a unique Blind Tasting Experience, guiding you through flavours, textures, and aromas of three distinct wines in three steps.


1. Dissection Tutorial: A short tutorial on how to dissect wine professionally, led by your knowledgeable guide.


2. Make Your Own Tasting Notes: Utilising your new skills, make your own tasting notes with a supplied Tasting Structure.


3. Test Your Knowledge: Identify the mystery wine, before a paired gourmet lunch.


Helping you develop the skills to identify flavours and enhance your wine journey, equipping you with the tools to confidently assess any wine in any setting.

Lunch at Olio Bello features gourmet wood-fired pizzas topped with local ingredients, fresh seasonal salads, and a glass of wine from the Blind Tasting Experience.
