Pompei Market Cooking Class with Lunch

The experience starts going to the local market in Pompeii to purchase all the ingredients for our brunch. During this guided tour of the weekly market, we will select seasonal vegetables and typical products from the area near Mount Vesuvius. Once back at our facility, we'll prepare the brunch together with the chef in the kitchen, who will show us how to handle the fresh market ingredients in a cooking class style. Alongside the light lunch, our guide will serve a selected wine. The brunch includes: - Bruschetta topped with seasonal vegetables and other ingredients sourced from the market - A platter of local cheeses served with handmade jam - Olives and lupini beans from local farms - A glass of wine selected by the chef
