PRIVATE TOUR: oil production, Leonardo's house, tasting

The olive harvest is a traditional and seasonal event. We will go to the farm of Domenico Fazio's agricultural company, surrounded by 20 hectares of centuries-old olive trees stretching along the hills of Vinci, birthplace of the genius Leonardo da Vinci. We will harvest the olives by hand (if the weather permits) and take a walk among the olive trees. We will witness the pressing of the olives in the property's oil mill. The oil obtained is of high quality, we will learn to taste the oil like professionals through a tasting of the company's new oil. Join us to savor the unique flavors of autumn! You will learn the history of olive oil while enjoying the evocative panorama of the hills! Afterwards we will stop at Leonardo da Vinci's birthplace where the genius found inspiration for his inventions surrounded by hills and olive trees. We will end the day at a winery where we will taste with a Sommelier home-produced wines, awarded nationally, accompanied by typical local tastings and we will visit the company's cellar for a complete experience!
