The destination is the Charms of the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The tour is personalized with a guide just for you, and the tour is relaxing, without rushing, so that you can properly appreciate this Portuguese region.
A visit to the farm and wine tasting is mandatory in this region. Lunch will be in a traditional restaurant booked in advance when booking the tour (not included in the tour price).
The trip along the EN 222, considered one of the roads with the most beautiful landscapes in the world, is the icing on the cake. Finally, the stop at a dam to enjoy the views and an explanation of how it works, making the Douro the only river in Portugal navigable from Spain to the mouth of the river in Porto (does not include a visit to the dam), is special.
