Next, prepare a seasonal fish entrée using traditional acqua pazza simmering or the salt crust baking method, both rooted in Southern Italy’s culinary heritage. Finish the class with a rich tiramisù made with Neapolitan coffee and mascarpone. Enjoy your dishes with views of Sorrento’s seaside charm.
