Enjoy an authentic izakaya-style cooking experience in the heart of Ebisu! In this 2-hour class, you'll learn how to make three kinds of yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), fluffy tamagoyaki (Japanese-style rolled omelet), and tai-meshi (a traditional sea bream rice dish cooked in a clay pot or rice cooker)
You'll get hands-on experience skewering yakitori from scratch, just like in a real Japanese izakaya. Then, enjoy a sake tasting with three varieties or a bottle of Ebisu beer, experiencing the depth of Japanese food and drink culture! Perfect for beginners, the class is led in Japanese with full English interpretation. You'll learn not just cooking techniques but also the cultural stories behind the dishes.
