Immerse yourself in a unique experience where tradition, taste and culture merge in a single day. Accompanied by the third generation master mezcalero we will explore the Tlacolula Market where aromas, colors and flavors are intertwined in a cultural feast.
Here, among stands of fresh ingredients and traditional produce, we will select cuts of meat to roast instantly, enjoying the ritual of fire and smoke.
Then we will head to our sustainable mezcal distillery, where we will enjoy the food cooked in the market in a pleasant coexistence between stories, laughter and mezcals with friends and new acquaintances. You will know firsthand the artisan process that transforms maguey into an elixir full of history, where every detail, from harvest to distillation, influences its flavor and quality.
