Anyone who come to Fukuoka, should try this class. It quite fun! I follow the parfait class, tempura, and lettuce making artificial food. Price mention in the web is for basic fare. The topping is additional. So fun to choose what kind of topping that you would like to put on top of the parfait! Thank you sensei!

We had a wonderful time cooking traditional Japanese food with Mari! She uses techniques that will improve my skills in preparing Japanese dishes. The end result is better tasting meals. After the class we ate what we cooked. It was the best tasting Japanese food that I ever made? Hopefully, I can recreate it in my kitchen!! S Fukumoto

Always see the food sample displaying outside restaurant and wondered how it is made. Then saw in TV programmes showing how it was done and since then, always wanted to try making them. Can considered this experience a bucket list item cleared. Hahahahaha. The experience itself was wonderful, the staff working there are very skillful and demonstrated to us how to make them.
