Spent a lovely evening tasting a variety of well chosen dishes across three venues under the expert guidance of Trevor. Prior to our meet-up he responded quickly to our request for transport information to the venue. He assisted our small group negotiate our drink selection at each venue and most importantly his gentle inclusive nature facilitated wide ranging, interesting, lively conversation across all manner of topics! Food and sake included😁 Ask for Trevor!!

Nao took me on a delightful tour of Nishi Market and Gion. Not only did she explain how history has shaped and changed the place, but she also pointed out dishes that I would have unknowingly passed by, which were truly delicious. Moreover, she has introduced me to Japanese customs and food culture. It was great fun as she also catered to my needs and helped me find items that I would have struggled to find on my own 😊

Alex took us to three different local places, but at each place, we got so many delicious small plates of food! We came away happy, full, and with a night of good memories. An absolutely lovely tour that I'd recommend for everyone!

We had a great time at our culture and food tour on Friday night. It allowed me to try alot if different food and drink that I had not been able to try before. Alexander was a great guide and was able to source vegetarian food with ease for my wife.

Our tour was excellent. Alex was a very fun and knowledgeable guide. We began with a local sit down place and as the night progressed, the places got standing only and smaller in size. So we had a chance to interact with locals and observe the tachinomi culture, which was a lot of fun. Alex’s food and drinks recommendations were spot-on and he also took care of our vegetarian food needs. Do the tour the day you reach Hiroshima. Alex helped us with other recommendations too!
