We had a fantastic time at Okosta Okonomiyaki. The instructors were clear and patient, and the step by step instructions were excellent.
We all made great looking and great tasting okonomiyaki. The facility was clean and fresh We could take pictures and video, and generally had a great time. One of the best activities we have done in our trips to Japan.
We highly recommend this activity to all.

This cooking class was very informative and fun! Not only did I learn how to cook Hiroshima okonomiyaki from home, I also learned about the historical significance of okonomiyaki in the city of Hiroshima. Shara, the instructor made this a very fun experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in Japanese food!
