Every morning, this little shop sets up a row of stools on the street outside for their customers to sit on while they wait, knowing full well that a line of hungry ramen lovers will start to build up as soon as they open three doors at 11:30 am.
The shop is only open for 4 hours over lunchtime, and they consistently sell out of their noodles in that short time. If you time it right, arriving around 3:00 pm, there’s a chance you might be lucky enough to avoid the line, but it's a gamble because by that time they may have already sold their last batch of delicious noodle soup for the day.
The dishes here include both salt and soy ramen, and the recommended serving comes with twice the meat toppings, totaling four pieces of chicken chashu and two of pork. At certain times of the year, they also provide miso ramen too.
