Despite it only being a few years since the shop's opening, Uchoku has already made a name for itself as one of the hottest new shops on the noodle scene. This noodle shop has its own noodle room where the handmade ramen noodles are cranked out every morning.
Uchoku's specialty is the tsukemen. This shop mastered the craft of dipping noodles, with their delicious shoyu soup made of skipjack tuna, seaweed, and chicken. The noodles are served with a Japanese kelp soup on the side, and customers are to pour the remainder of it into the main dipping soup after the noodles are finished, for a hearty and warming combo.
Bowls of ramen soup are also served even though they’re not the main dish. Regardless of whether or not the soup is separated from the noodles or not, Uchoku's flavors are consistent throughout the whole menu.
