I bought a Unik and it is wonderful, especially with good cigars. The combination of flavors and aromas is simply exceptional. Without a doubt, it is an experience worth repeating and sharing with friends.
This was the highlight of our trip! Santiago was the best guide. They tell you everything about the rum and show you nice snack pairings that make the rum more flavorful. You’ll enjoy all the rum and leave tipsy or drunk. After this we’ll definitely do more rum or wine tasting it was amazing!

Felix was absolutely amazing! To say he knows his history when it comes to rum and Dominican culture is an understatement. The entire experience was incredible from start to finish, and it’s something I would do again in a heartbeat. Before this, I had no idea how classy and sophisticated drinking rum could truly be. We did a rum tasting for the first time, and it was very interesting. Roody explained everything to us step by step, colors, aromas, tears, and he also did a pairing, explaining in detail all the things. 100% recommendable.
