Best Xiao Long Bao
Yin was very polite and a great Chef. Her Xiao Long Bao were amazing. Learnt quite a few new tricks to make the perfect dumplings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thankyou For Having Me.

Thank you Master Yin, great experience!!
This was my one of the best choice that I have done for trip in Shanghai this time. I came with family and even I was running a little bit behind, Chef Yin was kindly waiting for me to find right direction of place at downstairs, even out of home to guide me She was a real master of making Xiao Long Bao, and her guidance was really excellent. I thought this experience...
I thought this experience was amazing! The instructor was very sweet and helpful. The dumplings turned out so delicious as well. I couldn’t recommend this cooking class enough!

Excellent introduction to Chinese soup dumplings
Xiaolongbao are a classic Chinese dish and learning to make them was easy and fun with our great teacher. Given her broad skills and knowledge, the class was more than “just” a cooking class but rather a great introduction to many aspects of Chinese culture. Highly recommended.

Amazing. A must do experience
This was a phenomenal experience, Cici works at your pace and skill level - I wasn’t very good and that was fine. The dumplings were delicious at the end
