Maison ZEYSSOLFF 是阿尔萨斯地区罕见的酒窖之一，拥有大约二十世纪历史的橡木桶，每个桶的容量为 10,000 升，至今仍用于酿造葡萄酒。它最令人好奇的是ZEYSSOLFF桶，它于1897年为巴黎世界博览会（1900年）制造。这个桶至今仍在使用。
