We had such great conversations and also learned a lot about Liguria. We prepared a wonderful meal and learned about great recipes. We took so much away for ourselves personally. We would do it again anytime.
Cooking with Patti is a joyful heartwarming experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Liguria. Not only do you learn how to make Ligurian specialties, step by step, Patti opens her heart and her home and it is like a family experience. We looked for a cooking class for our vacation in Imperia and came across Patti. In response to our inquiry, Patti adapted the cooking class to be vegetarian, as we do not eat meat. Everything was incredibly delicious, and we will definitely try the recipes after the vacation. Thank you, dear Patti, the 5/6 hour cooking class was so engaging, well-structured, and we were very happy to get to know you and Ligurian cuisine.
We chose Cooking with Patti to celebrate a bachelorette party among friends, and it was a beautiful experience! There were five of us, including the bride, and we all left super excited. Patti made us feel at home right away, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere from the very first moment. A truly special cooking class with Patrizia. We were incredibly warmly welcomed from the very beginning and felt immediately at home. The atmosphere was warm, personal, and full of passion for good food. Cooking together was a lot of fun; the dishes were not only incredibly delicious but also explained in a way that you can easily recreate them at home.
