Wonderful Experience
This was a great experience. The open air market may not be for everyone but it really showed the diversity of fish, meat and produce available in the area. Our guide, Andres, was knowledgeable and entertaining.
The menu was tailored to our taste. You don't have to have octopus but we like it. Bette, the chef\instructor taught us how to prepare it so it was tender. The entire menu was incredible.

Un Tour diferente
Entre todo lo que conocimos de Cartagena, realmente fue impresionante conocer el mercado y cocinar en una casa todo lo comprado en el mercado! Muy recomendable!!

Tour Gastronomico
Realmente fue una experiencia inolvidable. Hemos iniciado un recorrido por cada punto del Mercado Municipal de Cartagena para conocer la base de la cocina Colombiana. Una vez adquirido los excelentes ingredientes para elaborar nuestro menú nos hemos trasladado hasta una excelente casa con cocineras de primer nivel que nos enseñaron cada parte de los procesos para realizar un buen Ceviche de Corvina, unos Pulpos al Ajillo, unas sopas de pescado, unos riquísimos Patacones y como plato de fondo un ...阅读更多

Una experiencia inolvidable
Una experiencia única, conocer y comprar en el mercado de Cartagena langostas, pulpos y corvina para luego tomar una clase de cocina, ceviche de corvina, pulpo al alho e óleo, langosta con arroz a la leche de coco. Buen apetito!

Very interesting
My wife and I were there in Sept, 2019. It was the first cruise ship of the season. We were surprised that we were the only two signed up for the class. The owner of the tour company met us along with our guide. Since it was just the two of us he rented a taxi for the day and we were off. The tour of the local market area was interesting but not for the faint of heart. Narrow alleys that ran for blocks. We walked past tables with 15 hog heads prepared for sale.
