+1262 张照片My wife and I had a wonderful time learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with Carlo, and we learned a lot. Carlo engaged with the class, shared important background information about the dishes, and helped us feel confident as we prepared them during the session.
We did this cooking class with chef Carlo and had the best time. We learned so much and the food was delicious! We will be taking what we learned home to make our own pasta and tiramisu. Carlo was very knowledgeable and we would recommend this class to anyone visiting Rome and looking to learn more about traditional Roman cuisine!
Our group of 4 had an amazing time at this cooking class!! We made our own individual cup of tiramisu, ravioli, and fettuccine and Mersad was so patient talking us through all of the steps!! The class was also SO much fun as Mersad kept the perfect balance of joking with us while also explaining everything clearly! Would 10/10 recommend!!
Carlo was amazing. He made the experience fun, interactive and we learned and laughed so much. He’s so knowledgeable and personable. Our dishes turned out so delicious!
