品鉴活动从酒窖开始。 接下来将播放一段关于阿尔萨斯葡萄酒生产的讲解视频（适合儿童观看）。 然后我们将参观酒窖，那里有超过一个世纪历史的木桶，您将通过一个布景空间了解我们的家族历史，该空间通过投射到木桶上的 180° 沉浸式视频来实现：这在法国是独一无二的。 1900 年世界博览会上的木桶展品。
然后，我们在茶室继续品尝“美食葡萄酒”：几杯葡萄酒搭配甜咸小吃：奶酪、熟食和各种甜点。
