Randall was an excellent tour guide. Patient, informative and kind. Would recommend for a wide variety of ages—-even my 17 year old liked it!
Great tour and excellent guide. We learned all about coffee and chocolate, and had multiple coffee samples and even made our own chocolate bar from scratch. Tasty!

Kevin was so knowledgeable and patient with our many questions! He made it fun because we got to make our own chocolate bars and he roasted and brewed coffee for us.
