Awesome and educational tour!
We had a wonderful and very educational session with Manuel. We were so excited to learn all about coffee, its history, how coffee tasting and roasting is done here and how to do the tastings. We were lucky our session was just the two of us. It was a quick walk from the port. Highly recommend doing the master class tour.

a great coffee experience
Manuel, our host, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the process of coffee, how it's harvest and roasted., etc. If you want to learn about the flavor profiles, how to rate them, it is a great experience.

Manuel was fantastic. You could tell he was excited about coffee as we were. Really a fun learning experience. Aromas, flavor profiles, and different coffee bean treatments and roastings.
