+7 张照片Really lovely cooking class in Colombo. The experience felt personal and authentic since it was held in the instructor’s home. He was very friendly, detailed, and made sure I understood every step of each dish. A very nice experience overall — highly recommended.
What a fabulous morning. I met Pradeep at a local market to gather some supplies and then we proceeded to his house where we cooked a meal together. It was a relaxed, unhurried experience and afterwards we sat down and ate together. Pradeep is a warm and friendly host, knowledgeable and passionate about Sri Lanka and its culture. I had such an amazing time at this cooking class—it was honestly the best! I can’t wait to join another class again.
Great experience of local market and cooking in a home. Recipes were home style cooking, easy to make with ingredients we can get in Australia. Extremely tasty, will certainly be impressing my friends when I get home.
My teenage daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed this cookery class and would recommend it. Communication regarding our taxi pick up was clear. We met our guide at a colourful food market where we selected a vegetable to try that we had seen before and learnt about Sri Lankan food customs and preferences. At the guide’s home we prepared five delicious dishes and picked up some food preparation tips.
