William was an amazing guide and storyteller. His personal connection to the area gave us interactions from his own experience. The pub crawl was a fun way to spend our evening. I would not hesitate to do this tour again in the future.
Our guide was very knowledgeable about Williamsburg in general, along with the haunted history! It was a very hot day but the pace was great. I would definitely recommend this as a good introduction to get a sense of Williamsburg before diving into the CW on your self-guided tours.
Our guide William Penn was phenomenal. He has vested experience in the history of Williamsburg and genuine love for telling that history. We had a great time and fully enjoyed listening to him relay the stories throughout the tour. Before the tour ended, our group was already discussing the next one and having William as our guide. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting WMBG.
