Carlo and his family warmly welcomed us into their beautiful home, which was a heartwarming experience for all of us. The class included pasta and cannoli recipes that were delicious and easy to follow. Carlos’ mother, mother-in-law and aunt were all there to assist us, and were just adorable. This pasta and cannoli masterclass with Chef Carlo was absolutely phenomenal! From the very beginning, including the thoughtful offer of a transfer to his stunning villa, everything was organized at the highest possible level. This was our first cooking class and it was everything we hoped for and more. Carlo is a first rate chef and the pasta, pesto and canoli were exceptional. The canoli was the best we've ever had. Carlo and his assistants, Maria and Francesca were very helpful in taking us through each step of the process. The view was spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the farm to see the variety of fruits and vegetables grown there and used in his dishes. It was a beautiful experience for my family and I. The views were amazing, the experience was unforgettable and I would recommend this to anyone! My nephew's of the age 2 and 4 absolutely loved it and they loved picking their fresh products from the beautiful garden.

We made delicious Pasta and Cannolis from scratch with help from Chef Carlo. Great recipe xperience in a Villa outside of Palermo. Used fresh ingredients from Chef Carlo’s garden.
