Bernadita had the class in her home which made the it feel more genuine! All the dishes were very delicious and something I think I could make at home. To start we made pisco sours and an appetizer. We made a chicken salad in avacado and with lettuce. Also fabulous empanadas Chilean style. She served a delicious Chilean wine and for postre (dessert) a refreshing summer drink. I really loved this class!
We were fortunate enough to have a private cooking class for just the two of us with Patricio—and it was just a delight. The master himself is just a wonderful person to chat to and learn from: patient, funny, and clear. We learned how to make four Chilean dishes, all very different, and all delicious, alongside a “melvin” cocktail we will make sure to replicate in the UK the next time the mercury rises—and several glasses of crisp wine. What a fantastic experience. Chef Patricio and his wife are so friendly and welcome you into their home as friends. Such a relaxing environment. Chef Patricio explains the history of various dishes as we made them. The food was so fresh and so delicious. We highly recommend this cooking experience!

Our culinary adventure in Santiago was an absolute delight! Promptly at 12:30, a driver picked us up from our hotel in downtown Santiago and whisked us away to the charming suburban home of Patricio and Jennifer.
