We could not have had a better time with Chef Barbara and her husband! She is an exceptional chef and so much fun to cook with! It was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Her kitchen was beautiful and the food was outstanding!! We loved having a private cooking experience! The ingredients were so fresh and every bite was mouthwatering! We did this with our 4 kids and we all enjoyed the experience. Chef Barbara and her family were kind and gracious. The restaurant is beautiful and the pasta was delicious.

What a fabulous experience cooking with Chef Barbara. From the moment we.entered her beautiful restaurant in the mountain town of Manciano to our last bite of Tiramisu, we were laughing and learning and eating and enjoying ourselves! Barbara is a fabulous instructor! She shares stories, a sense of humor and cooking tips and encourages you to roll up your sleeves and try her cooking techniques yourself! A cooking class with Barbara feels like you just stepped into her home kitchen full of wonderful Italian hospitality!
