Great experience cooking class
The cooking class was a great experience that I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting to cook and taste authentic Moroccan cuisine. We walked to the local market stalls and bought fresh fruit and vegetables which we'd use alongside meat already bought by our host. The kitchen and food preparation area we used was very clean and hygienic. We were walked through the preparation of four main Moroccan meals and two side dishes by very knowledgeable local chefs. Thoroughly recommend
Wonderful experience . Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked at a pace that wasn't rushed. Fabulous venue. Food we produced was excellent, tasty and of a good variety. Vegetarians were catered for by adapting recipes.

Highly recommend
This was the most amazing experience. It was about appreciating the people, the culture, the environment. Each leg of the joyurney was something different, exposing you to a new challenge or new way of thinking.
