Der Besuch auf dem Markt war interessant und das kochen und Essen hat Spaß gemacht und war gut. New und ihre Kollegin hat sich um alle Befindlichkeiten gekümmert und war sehr aufgeschlossen. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Abend.
Deze kookworkshop is echt een aanrader. Op een hele relaxte manier kennis gemaakt met verschillende ingrediënten en technieken van de Thaise keuken. We mochten van tevoren allemaal vier gerechten doorgeven die ze ons ging leren. Wij hadden de workshop van New. Duidelijke uitleg, en we hebben allemaal heerlijke gerechten gemaakt. Aangezien je je eigen gerechten opeet, heb je gelijk je avondeten te pakken.
We did the evening workshop, new was our chef for the evening. The pick up from the hotel was well arranged. The food was very good and more than adequate. What you couldn't eat, you were allowed to take home. Afterwards, you get all the recipes, and even more dishes than you can choose from. You could also be dropped off where you wanted after class (hotel or Night Market for example)
We took the cooking class in the evening and were very happy to have participated. One could choose which dishes one would like to cook. Much was already prepared or pre-cut, so one could really focus on the preparation. We had a delightful and super tasty evening and would book a cooking class again at any time.
Everything started smoothly with an on-time pickup, followed by a visit to a local market where our host, Nu, and her trainee assistant introduced and explained all the ingredients we would be using. Our group of 8 was the perfect size—friendly and interactive without feeling crowded. After the market, we headed to the cooking venue where we prepared around five different dishes.
