我们是从泰国不同地区长大的泰国夫妇，已经做了很长时间的烹饪。我们学会了如何从父母那里做饭，比如去市场买新鲜的食材，使用香料和草药，然后是许多技巧和基本的烹饪技巧。当我们结婚时，我们仍然一直在烹饪和分享我们自己的食物，直到现在。此外，我们有时也会为僧侣提供食物。
我们的课程每人最多只能容纳8人（非常欢迎素食主义者或素食主义者），所有菜谱都是根据我们多年的烹饪经验创造出来的，有些菜谱也融合了两种文化。
