Magnificent experience with Jessica! Attentive and passionate, Jessica is very knowledgeable and cares about providing a unique experience. The pizzeria is also an enchanting place and a bonus for the importance placed on the quality of the ingredients (local and organic). We learned some great techniques and watchouts for making Mozarella. Jessica was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. We also received a great lunch. We recommend this event
