- 这是独一无二的烹饪课程，由世界级大厨兼冠军——曾荣获“世界香蒜酱（Pesto）制作锦标赛”冠军的 Camilla Pizzorno 亲自传授她的独家配方与制作秘诀；
- 使用一个大型大理石研钵和一根拥有150多年历史的木制研杵；
- 品尝搭配新鲜青酱（pesto）的利古里亚风味三道式套餐：经典的热那亚佛卡夏面包（focaccia）、拌有新鲜青酱的利古里亚传统手工面食（如 trofie 面或 gnocchi 面疙瘩），以及传统甜点——意大利提拉米苏。
- 菜肴将搭配利古里亚海滨（Riviera Ligure）产区的葡萄酒，以及柠檬甜酒（Limoncello）、桃金娘利口酒（Mirto）和卡马蒂苦味酒（Amaro Camatti）等意大利利口酒与格拉帕（Grappa）烈酒；
- 充满意式风情且绿意环绕的场所：夏季设有花园，冬季则提供配备供暖设施的户外用餐区。
