I took Lua’s class on how to make banh mi and I had such an incredible time! Lua was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge and love of cooking and baking. This is an amazing experience I was the only one booked and I learnt so much about the bread baking process as we measured and prepped through the whole process nothing was pre done. The Banh Mi’s were perfect crunchy and it was so well explained I’m going home to start cooking
I had a wonderful experience joining the bakery banh mi baking class during my Vietnam tour. Even though I was a single participant, Lua accepted my booking and arranged a special time just for me, which I truly appreciated. The class was well-organized, hands-on, and very informative. I learned new baking techniques and gained a deeper understanding of banh mi preparation, from dough handling to baking tips that I can actually use back home.
