Excellent guide with a 100% authentic experience!! The process of choosing our dishes, buying our own produce, and then cooking a meal was an incredibly fun and informative process.
Very comprehensive. Decided on a menu, visited a local market & then prepared, cooked & ate the food. The chef, Tom, was very knowledgeable and friendly. A real insight into VN cooking. It was good for teens.
So much fun! Learning about local culture, touring the market, trying new foods, learning to make different dishes. Every part was great and a highlight from my trip!
