The instructors were knowledgeable and really explained the why behind the flavors. I feel empowered to take these skills back home and cook for my family. They were patient and caring. Top notch! Fantastic experience, even better than I could have hoped for! Shikha didn't give us recipes so much as show us how to build and adjust flavour for chai, pakora and chutney, 4 vegetable dishes and a dessert. She invited us to taste and use our intuition and just adjusting until we had the flavour profile we were looking for. He explanations were clear, easy to follow and always interesting. Loved it.
The information regarding the use of spices was so valuable! Everything we eat now we consider what and where we are tasting! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The hands-on approach is the best way to learn. Highly recommend this experience!

I don’t know where to begin…first Chef Shikha was an absolute Godsend; as far tres to get out of the airport and to my lesson. If it wasn’t for her calm head she never would have made it. She started the class going above and beyond. And once I arrived at the location she was so kind to offer me a nice welcome lassi and a sandwich so I wouldn’t be starving as we were making foods. Our experience was incredible. From booking to class end, we felt welcomed and had an incredible time. Booking was easy and they responded quickly to inquiries about the cooking experience. The experience itself was amazing, a fantastic mix of history, trivia, explanation and hands on cooking experience. Shikha and Rajeev were wonderful hosts and the food we made together was so delicious.
