Food for the soul
The Latin Quarter food trail with Vimala was one of the most memorable experiences of my Goa trip. She brought the history, culture and flavours of the neighbourhood alive with such warmth and passion. Every little story, street and dish felt more meaningful because of the way she introduced us to it.
