Salsa Macha Macha Macha!
A really unique experience led by our guide and part-time chef, Luis. This was based in the Tacuba area of the city. We met him at the main entrance of Parroquia San Gabriel Arcangel. After a brief introduction, he and his assistant led us into the market. Not only were we going to make four salsa, we were going to learn how to select the ingredients as well. Note on the market, it was a bit tight in some areas. If you suffer from claustrophobia, this may not be for you.

Fun, interesting and delicious
My friend booked this tour with Yazmín and her assistant, Valeria. It was a great experience - I live in Mexico City and thought this was going to be a cheesy tour; but I was so wrong. Yazmín was so friendly, informative and fun. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The salsas were delicious and it was fun making them. Thanks to Yazmín (and Valeria).

Fantastic salsa making class
Five stars for this authentic salsa making class! Jasmine our guide and chef was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable. We learned about many of the fresh items in the local market. Once back at the kitchen we prepared 4 very different salsas
It opened my eyes to the wonderful varieties of salsas here in Mexico! Can’t recommend enough!

Very authentic and hands on; and bonus that you get to enjoy everything you make. Luis was an exceptional teacher.

Mmmm…Mexican salsas! Learn new recipes from this team!
What an enjoyable morning learning the art of Mexican cooking! Our hosts were very engaging and hospitable in every way. We loved strolling through the market to buy ingredients, then we made 4 delicious salsas to eat along with our quesadillas. 5 star! A very unique CDMX experience!
