这顿丰盛晚餐的菜单如下：马德拉酒杯作为开胃菜，Bolo do Caco 配大蒜黄油，传统的马德拉面包搭配第一盘番茄或佛得角汤。之后是主菜：著名的埃斯佩塔达（Espetada），美味的串烧牛肉，搭配薯条、蔬菜、沙拉和油炸玉米，典型的马德拉岛风味。之后，您可以选择甜点，您可以选择咖啡慕斯或水果沙拉；然后你会得到一杯咖啡和消化马德拉酒。随餐饮用，可选择红葡萄酒、白葡萄酒、啤酒、水和苏打饮料。
