En point d'orgue la découverte des liens inextricables du maïs et de la culture maya autour d'un atelier de cuisine par la très accueillante Maria et sa famille. Delicious traditional Guatemalan Cooking Class is a treat
Our tour guide was very nice. We started in the food market and learned about traditional Guatemalan ingredients. Then we went to the cooking class where there were three generations of Guatemalan women showing us how to make traditional tamalitos and chicken pepita. Everyone in our group helped with each step of the process and saw how to prepare parts of the meal in traditional and time-saving modern methods. The meal was so delicious and flavorful and I plan to make this same meal at home

Wonderful and yummy experience!
Mayaiz was wonderful to visit! The bilingual experience was perfect for people of all backgrounds. This family is so warm and inviting, and truly give you an authentic Guatemalan experience. 10/10

Was great, we cooked a delicious pepsin and ate well! The family we cooked with were so welcome and very sweet.
