I would highly recommend this cooking of a traditional Catalonia meal with Hana to anyone interested in a delightful and entertaining afternoon! Hana is a very knowledgeable instructor and explains each step in preparing this delicious meal. My husband and I enjoyed our time with her in the market before our cooking session in her home kitchen. She told us the history behind the dishes we prepared and then ate.
