We were personally welcomed at Alessandro's home for the workshop. It is about twenty minutes by train from Bologna Centrale, and the journey was extra easy because Alessandro had given us all the information in advance about which train we needed to take. The day we did the workshop, there was a strike, but we were helped fantastically: instructions on which train would definitely run, the possibility to start the workshop earlier so that it better matched the train, and we were even guided to ...阅读更多

We are very satisfied, Alessandro is very committed to conducting the classes. He communicates very well in English. Gelato and granita made together are very tasty and you can feel the difference with ice cream bought somewhere in the city. The most important thing is that the children were very satisfied with the workshops.
