曼德拉诺瓦是一个农场位于西西里岛南部的帕尔马迪蒙特基亚罗地区(阿格里根托 ) 。 农场开发面积约180公顷，主要产品为特级初榨橄榄油和杏仁。
曼德拉诺瓦农场由家庭成员朱塞佩和西尔维亚经营，他们在九十年代末决定翻新家庭农场，目标是将传统和创新相结合。
曼德拉诺娃利用综合农业技术和多锥形花瓶修剪，从西西里本土栽培林中生产特级初榨橄榄油。 9月中旬至10月中旬收获，采用机械和半机械混合收割。 橄榄在专有磨坊通过机械冷萃取加工。
曼德拉诺娃既生产单株橄榄油，也生产特级初榨橄榄油。 就感官特性而言，油品多呈中度至浓郁的果味，富含多酚，呈绿色浓郁的颜色。
