A Genuine and Memorable Cooking Experience with Carlos
We had a very enjoyable day with Carlos and would happily recommend this experience. It was both relaxing and informative, and we really enjoyed learning how to make paella while also trying other delicious local dishes. Carlos has a warm, genuine, and easygoing personality that makes everyone feel welcome and included. Carlos was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was very thorough in his instructions and the food was all great! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience
Carlos was a great instructor and story teller. His teaching methods included everyone in the class leaving no one behind with everyone feeling like they were all getting the job done. Sitting down to a family style dinner with world traveling guests allowed for sharing of experiences and adventures with Carlos adding local venues and establishments to visit.

Well worth the time and money
Excellent hands on cooking class. Carman was the chef and was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Kept the class moving forward and provided excellent cooking tips.
