Paella History With a Smile
You tend to worry about some of these experiences because they can be a little cheesy, or just not really deliver on what you expect, but Hadil and Chef Ivan absolutely blew us away. Their happy attitudes and professional demeanors were so infectious. We had the BEST time and I would recommend this experience to quite literally anyone!

Fun hands on experience
I opted to do this instead of a food & wine tour on day 1 in Madrid. Enjoyable way to participate in preparing one of my favorite dishes, paella. The small group bonded quickly. The leaders encouraged all of us to participate in making both paella & sangria. Both were delicious. Great time.

Cooking with paella with the chef and friends
Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience making sangria and paella together! We had so much fun learning the secrets behind these delicious Spanish favorites, sharing laughter, and enjoying such a delightful time together. It was a perfect blend of culture, cooking, and fellowship. What a special way to experience Spain and create beautiful memories that we will cherish!
