Went with Angelo, he was super informative and to the point. The food tour is probably the best way to start, it takes you through some of the more interesting parts of Palermo.
Nice tour with new ingredients and flavors, good guide and we appreciated sitting down and eating regularly. Finished with amazing gelato.
