Easily one of the highlights of our Paris trip
My wife and I took the Paris Croissant and Breakfast Pastry Class with Gail and it was one of the highlights of our time in Paris. The class was very well organized and Gail is an excellent instructor. What we appreciated most was her insight into the small tips and techniques that can make the difference between an okay pastry and a great one. French Kissing to French Pastry
Ahhhh, the French! French wine, French perfume, French kissing...and, French pastry! We finished our 26-day France vacation with this class in how to prepare and back croissants and pain au chocolat. It was delightful and truly a way to complete our vacation.

A++++ experience - highly recommend the baking class!
Great class - we did this class as a family on our last day in Paris and it was one of our favorite activities. Highly recommend!!!! Gaelle was awesome!!!!
