Pastries in Paris!
It was great! Our baker was very friendly and welcoming. She remembered our names from the 1st introduction and that is notable. Our macaroons turned out great!

A delicious treat
Maggie led the class with great care, teaching a class with some nouveau aspirant-macaron-bakers. I left inspired to continue baking this delicious dessert. It is a class worth taking, and you leave with a box full of your creation.

Dear Aparna, Thank you, and Maggie will be very glad to read this. Teaching a room where nobody has piped a macaron before is the harder version of the job, and doing it with care rather than with speed is exactly what we ask of her. We took the macaron class...
We took the macaron class with Julie, 10/10 experience. Very intimate group as it was 4 of us, plus the instructor. Loved the 1-on-1 and the detailed attention we all received. A very good recipe for macarons and was one of my mom’s and I’s favorite experiences on our trip!

Dear Emma, Thank you for this. Julie will be delighted to read it, and a table of four is exactly the size we hope for, because it lets a chef stand beside each person rather than in front of a room. That you place the morning among the favourite moments of a trip to Paris, and that you shared it with your mother, is the nicest thing a baking school can be told. The recipe is yours now. Passion Fruit
A very personal hands-on small group baking experience. Excellent pastry chef easy to follow directions I learned so much and the macaroons were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in baking French macaroons.
