We really enjoyed our time and experience at the Food&CookLab during a stop in Moorea of our cruise. Stevenson, Audrey and Therese were the best hosts you can imagine! Stevenson took us through the history and diversity of Tahitian cuisine leveraging local ingredients and influence. From there and together with other guests we put together a delicious traditional Tahitian festive which was a lot of fun. Very beautiful experience with Stevenson as our guide who shared the culinary richness of his island with us. After we all participated in the preparation of several recipes, we gathered around a large table to savor an excellent meal. A big thank you to him and his entire team, it was a real treat. We had the most magical day learning about Polynesian culture and Tahitian cooking while making new friends from other parts of the world. Audrey and Stevenson were so welcoming and shared all their wonderful knowledge. It was so lovely to spend time in the lush garden and learn about different crops and share a meal with other travellers to this beautiful island. I highly recommend this experience.

May be the best experience on Mo'orea. Stevenson and Audrey are sensational hosts for three reasons. 1. So welcoming. We were a French and English speaking group which they navigated with ease. By the end when we all sat down to share our meal and language was no longer a barrier. 2. They shared not only their talents in cooking local dishes, but involved everyone - kids and adults were chopping, mixing, and prepping banana leaves over an open flame with trust and care. 3.
