I went with my children to the chef's house, who welcomed us with a lot of kindness and good humor, making us feel comfortable from the first moment. The dishes were delicious, prepared with great care and taste, and the harmony of the Mood made everything even more special. An experience that will stay in memory and that I recommend without hesitation!
We had a wonderful time cooking, hearing stories, eating and drinking wine with Gaston. It was an amazing experience and gave us an opportunity to see how a typical Argentine native cooks and lives. We had wonderful discussions, and even though I'm a good cook, I learned so much. The food was amazing and had a beautiful presentation. You would not get this in a restaurant, which was part of the wonderful experience. Highly recommend this activity.
Throughly enjoyed the overall experience. Our host shared some history of Mendoza as well as the inspirations for his cooking, rooted in his family, specifically from his mother and grandmother. The dishes and recipes we are eager to replicate in our home. Highly recommend the experience!
